Repair stucco & remove vegetation from banded cornice above ground-floor level using vcc approved stucco formula (below) in order to prevent moisture infiltration. All repair/replacement work shall match existing in color, size, material, detail, profile and exposure, including tooled and scored stucco to match detail in existing adjacent stucco. All mortar & stucco to match the following vcc approved formulas: mortar: no more than 1 part portland cement, 3 parts lime, 9 parts sand, and enough water to form a workable mix.
